A
Little History
MaCaJo
is
a group of three friends who have been singing folk music together
since
the Spring of 1998.
Max Kernaghan,
Cathy Stange and John Rimbach first began singing together while
members
of Five to Seven, an eight-member a cappella group formed in 1994.
For Max,
the music of Peter, Paul and Mary has always held a special place in
his
heart. After playing in rock bands, and singing a cappella for
many
years, he was looking for a forum to play and sing some of his favorite
music.

venue
CDs:
We've produced two recordings.
- MaCaJo - our very originally titled
first album is one guitar, three voices, and a collection of some very
beautiful cover tunes.
- Cool Again - includes the guitar
work of Kent Hanson and the bass of Derek Granath. It's
thirteen tracks of everything from Simon & Garfunkel to the Beatles
to Robert Earl Keene.
